Elite Warranty is BLiNQ’s top tier warranty that covers Surge Damage caused by lightning and power surges to the units, providing for peace of mind for repair related to these environmental/ unforeseen issues. This is on top of the other benefits that customers will have access to, including 24×7 phone support, remote login troubleshooting, diagnostics and debug, along with prioritized email and other support from the TAC (Technical Assistance Center) team. During the Elite Warranty period, customers will have access to BLiNQ’s online support portal including ticket submission and Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking.
Units under Elite Warranty are also eligible for Advance Replacement, thus allowing customers to keep their units on hand as close as possible to the quantity they purchased.
However, please note that a “true-up” payment is required if you are purchasing the warranty after its expiration date.
A True-Up payment is calculated by the number of months the warranty has lapsed multiplied by the appropriate warranty cost. For example, if the initial warranty for the FW-300i Band 48 eNB has expired 5 months ago, an additional $833.33 (($2000 ÷ 12) x 5) will need to be added to this warranty order.

This warranty can be renewed annually (manual or recurring), up to 6 years from initial shipment.
