Premium\u00a0Warranty adds enhanced\u00a0Software and Support Services during its term (1 year). These include 24×7 phone support, remote login troubleshooting, diagnostics and debug, along with prioritized email and other support\u00a0from the TAC\u00a0(Technical Assistance Center) team. During the Premium warranty period, you will continue to have access to BLiNQ\u2019s online support portal including ticket submission and Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking.<\/div>\n

However, please note that a\u00a0\u201ctrue-up\u201d payment is required if you are purchasing the warranty after its expiration date<\/strong>.<\/div>\n
A True-Up payment is calculated by the number of months the warranty has lapsed multiplied by the appropriate warranty cost. For example, if the initial warranty for the FW-300i Band 48 eNB has expired 5 months ago, an additional $333.33 (($800 \u00f7 12) x 5) will need to be added to this warranty order.<\/div>\n
