Premium Plus Warranty adds enhanced Software and Support Services during its term (1 year), on top of hardware support. These include 24×7 phone support, remote login troubleshooting, diagnostics and debug, along with prioritized email and other support from the TAC (Technical Assistance Center) team. During the Premium Plus Warranty period, you will continue to have access to BLiNQ\u2019s online support portal including ticket submission and Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking.<\/div>\n

Units under Premium Plus Warranty are additionally eligible for Advance Replacement, thus allowing customers to keep their units on hand as close as possible to the quantity they purchased. This warranty can be renewed annually, up to 6 years from initial shipment.<\/span><\/div>\n

However, please note that a “true-up” payment is required if you are purchasing the warranty after its expiration date<\/strong>. A True-Up payment is calculated by the number of months the warranty has lapsed multiplied by the appropriate warranty cost. For example, if the initial warranty for the FW-300i Band 48 eNB has expired 5 months ago, an additional $500 (($1200 \u00f7 12) x 5) will need to be added to this warranty order.<\/div>\n
